Slash’s new Velineon^® 3s brushless power system transforms 11.1 volts of LiPo power into incredible 50+ mph speed with a new aerodynamic body to reduce high-speed lift. A new low-CG chassis delivers razor-sharp handling with revised suspension tuning for an ultra-plush ride. New 3s Brushless Horsepower - Slash’s new Velineon^® 3s power system is a brushless powerhouse that transforms 11.1 volts of LiPo power into brutal acceleration and 50+ mph speed, out of the box with no gearing changes required. The fan-cooled VX3 speed control is feature-packed and simple to use with Traxxas EZ-Set^® one-button programming. The powerful V3200 motor is a model of efficiency with internal fan cooling for long run times.

New GTR Shocks - Slash’s ultra-plush ride comes courtesy of new composite GTR shocks on all four corners. GTR shocks hold over 70% more oil than standard Ultra Shocks for consistent damping and a premium feel. X-ring seals keep oil in and dirt out for smooth suspension compression and rebound. Spring preload and ride height changes are as simple as turning the threaded collar and the spring retainers are captured with a screw so they can't pop off.

New Metal-Gear Servo - Slash needs a fast and powerful steering servo to match the quick reflexes and agile handling of its low-CG chassis. Slash receives a new metal-gear servo for superior strength and durability along with an improved bellcrank steering assembly. The bellcrank’s cam-operated servo saver enhances steering precision and protects the servo from impacts.

New Aerodynamic Body - With a top speed of over 50 mph, Slash must fight the wind to maintain its high-speed performance. Slash’s new aerodynamic body cuts through the air and increases downforce to deliver incredible straight-line stability. Heavy-duty clipless latches hold the body tightly for rough-and-tumble action, but release in just seconds for fast battery swaps.

Enhanced On-Road Handling - Slash's low-CG chassis dramatically improves agility while a new rear tire compound enhances cornering speed.  the ultra-soft ear tires lock the rear to the pavement, allowing the front tires to slide just enough to reduce traction rollovers.  The result is faster turn-in speed, greater grip, and more fun as you bury the throttle and power through corners like never before.

Clipless Convenience - Slash's revolutionary clipless body holds firm no matter how rough the racing gets.  Heavy-duty latches grip the body tightly, but release in just seconds for fast battery swaps on the pit bench.  This convenient hidden latching system replaces traditional body clips with large, reinforced panels to maintain body integrity and resist pull-through damage.

New TQi Sport Transmitter - The TQi Sport transmitter packs the range and performance of the TQi into a compact design for maximum comfort and portability.  The ergonomic grip features a removable adapter to accommodate smaller hands and simple one-button programming for ease-of-use.  A class-leading high-output 2.4GHz signal delivers the outstanding range and glitch-free performance required by Slash's blistering speed.

Traxxas Stability Management - Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) works behind the scenes to harness Slash's extreme 3s brushless horsepower.  TSM maximizes acceleration and braking by keeping Slash arrow straight without pulling power or dulling throttle response, even on low-traction surfaces.  TSM can also be switched off directly from the TQi Sport transmitter.

High-Performance Chassis - Slash's low-CG chassis holds the battery and electronics as low as possible for improved handling and increased corner speed.  The rigid chassis is reinforced and optimized for the loads imparted by the suspension and powertrain.  A new carbon fiber-look dark gray composite gives the chassis a high-tech appearance.

Replica Short Course Wheels and Tires - Slash's replica BFGoodrich Mud Terrain T/A tires offer excellent grip in the dirt and just the right amount of slide on pavement.  A new ultra-soft rear compound enhances road handling and reduces traction rolling.  Their authentic scale appearance and realistic performance add to the racing experience.

Velineon V3200 Motor - Designed for 3-cell LiPo batteries, the V3200 motor is optimized for extreme power and efficiency with a large 5 mm output shaft.  Ultra-high temperature sintered Neodymium magnets provide massive torque and linear power.  The unique low-maintenance design features high-speed ball bearings and an integrated cooling fan for consistent power, run after run.

3-Channel TQi Sport Receiver - The TQi Sport receiver is compatible with all TQi and TQi Sport transmitters.  A built-in failsafe returns the throttle to neutral and holds the steering in the last known position in the event of a signal loss. 

Rugged Shock towers - Slash's rugged shock towers minimize flex and provide a rigid mounting point for the body.  Reducing flex allows the suspension to soak up bumps without upsetting the chassis for a smooth and controlled ride.

Waterproof Electronics - Your RC experience should be filled with fun and adventure, not limited by the electronics.  Slash's new receiver box is molded into the chassis for increased strength.  A patented O-ring seal keeps water out, giving you the freedom to live out your wildest adventures, regardless of the weather.

VX3 Electronic Speed Control - The fully waterproof VX3 ESC transforms 11.1 volts of LiPo power into 60+ mph performance with the simplicity of Traxxas EZ-Set one-button programming.  A large aluminum heat sink with cooling fan keeps temperatures down for longer run times.  The VX3 comes loaded with high-tech features like race-inspired High-Resolution Linear Braking and real-time telemetry via Traxxas Link (requires TQi transmitter with installed wireless module).  

Clipless Battery Strap - Slash holds batteries securely in place with the convenience of a rugged clipless battery strap.  Swing the heavy-duty strap up and out of the way to swap batteries.  Once loaded, just snap the tab into the latch and your battery stays secure until you release it.

Magnum 272 Transmission - The Magnum 272 transmission features all metal gear internals riding on ultra-smooth sealed ball bearings.  The sealed gearbox protects the transmission components from dirt and rocks.

32-Pitch Gearing - Slash is built for extreme power with a large 5mm motor output shaft and 32-pitch pinion and spur gears.  Nearly 1.5x larger than standard 48-pitch gears, Slash's 32-pitch gears deliver maximum durability with reliable, long-lasting performance.

Torque-Control Slipper Clutch - The Torque-control slipper clutch uses special semi-metallic friction material and finned aluminum allow pressure plates to dissipate heat and provide consistent traction control.  Spur gears can be removed and replaced without altering the slipper adjustment.

Rubber-Sealed Ball Bearings - Rubber-sealed bearings offer the ultimate in super low-friction performance and maximum protection in dusty environments.  They are used in all exposed locations on the truck and are virtually maintenance free.
