Shipping Policy

Graves RC Hobbies strives to ship all orders placed by 1:00 pm on the same day, Monday through Friday.

Orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

Shipping companies do not take weekends into consideration for express orders (i.e. overnight orders placed on Friday will not arrive until Monday). Saturday and Sunday are not counted.

Batteries are only shipped by ground shipping.

New item, unopened items:

Please contact Graves RC Hobbies at 407-294-0012 for return authorization prior to return.

Defective or damaged items:

Please contact Graves RC Hobbies at 407-294-0012 immediately if items damaged or defective.

Batteries are not accepted for return.
