1/10 Scale 4X4 Driveline - Adding 3s Velineon power to a compact platform requires bold engineering. Mini XRT comes outfitted with the proven driveline components of Traxxas’ toughest 1/10 scale 4X4 trucks. Front, center, and rear steel-gear differentials, along with 32-pitch gearing and HD driveshafts, far exceed requirements for strength and long life.

Clipless Body - Mini XRT’s innovative clipless body is rock solid and easy to use. Just drop the body onto the chassis and snap it into place for a secure hold. When it’s time to change the battery, depress the tabs under the wheel wells and lift to access the chassis. Nothing else is faster or latches more securely.
WideMaxx Suspension - Mini XRT relies on proven WideMaxx® suspension design to deliver sure-footed grip and laser-focused handling. Mini XRT sits low and wide for hard cornering and maximum stability at speed. The long-travel suspension delivers refined damping control to maintain composure over the roughest terrain.
Details
Interlocking Skid Plates - Anything that flies must come down eventually so Mini XRT uses tough skid plates to absorb hard landings and protect the chassis. The interlocking skid plates fit tightly together to form a smooth, snag-free undertray. They're also quick and easy to replace as wear builds up so there's no need to hold back.
Heavy-Duty Suspension Components - Mini XRT punches well above its size class with heavy-duty suspension components engineered for maximum strength and durability. Modeled after the Maxx, the caster blocks, steering blocks, and axle carriers feature incredibly robust construction, double-shear connections, and extra reinforcing where it's needed.
Sealed Bearings - Mini XRT utilizes large, sealed bearings throughout the driveline to keep out grime and grit. Less downtime for cleaning and maintaining bearings means more run time - and more fun!
32-Pitch Gears - Mini XRT is engineered for Velineon 3s power right from the start with huge 32-pitch pinion and spur gears. Normally found in much larger 4x4 vehicles, 32-pitch gears deliver total reliability no matter how much brushless power you pour on.
Center Differential - Mini XRT's sealed center differential absorbs driveline shocks to improve driveline durability and allow performance tuning. The sealed differential comes pre-loaded with thick silicone oil to prevent unloading of the front tires for rock-steady power delivery.
Extreme-Duty Driveshafts - Mini XRT's driveshafts are 50% larger than the standard 1/16th scale driveshafts for hard launches with big 3s Velineon brushless horsepower. The oversized telescoping half shafts allow the WideMaxx suspension arms to articulate fully without binding to keep constant power flowing to the wheels.
1/10 Scale Planetary Differentials - Mini XRT's differentials are nearly twice the size of standard 1/16 scale differentials for bombproof durability. The sealed design allows you to tune the amount of locking action by varying the viscosity of the fluid inside the differentials.
XRT Wheels with Gravix Tires - Gravix tires are an evolutionary hybrid design with densely packed biting edges and sipes. They deliver outstanding grip on hard-packed surfaces along with fast and quiet-running precision. New 2.6" dual-profile graphite gray wheels provide extra clearance for suspension components and give Mini XRT a tough, menacing appearance.
Functional Rear Wing - The functional rear wing reduces drag while still providing valuable downforce for high-speed stability. The sing mounts directly to the frame for maximum strength and long-lasting durability.
Wheelie Bar - A wheelie bar is mandatory equipment on a vehicle with the power and speed of Mini XRT. The reinforced wheelie bar protects the wing and body during 100-foot wheelies and also makes a convenient carry handle.
Chassis Nerf Bars - Tough nerf bars protect the chassis from side impacts and provide additional side support to hold the body firmly in place.
Molded Body Reinforcements - Clipless body latches are neatly integrated into Mini XRT's molded body reinforcements that look great and protect the body. Unlike traditional posts and clips, body reinforcement spread impact forces over a wide area to minimize the risk of pull-through damage.
Rugged Protection - A rugged, impact-absorbing front bumper helps to protect the chassis from frontal impacts. The high approach angle design integrates neatly with front skid plate to allow Mini XRT to fly up and over obstacles with ease.
1/10 Scale Ultra Shocks - Mini XRT uses the same full-size oil-filled Ultra Shocks found on Traxxas 1/10 scale monster trucks for truly bottomless suspension travel. The Ultra Shocks' large oil capacity and rugged design soaks up big jumps and off-road abuse for smooth driving performance. They are easy to tune with a wide range of available oils, springs, and pistons.
Modular Chassis - Mini XRT's high-tech modular chassis features front and rear bulkheads that remove easily with just a few screws. In less than a minute using a power screwdriver, you'll have full access for easy service and adjustment.
Fixed Gear Mesh System - A fixed gear mesh system takes the guesswork out of setting your gear mesh with multiple preset gearing positions. Insert the motor screw through the desired gearing position for a perfect gear mesh every time. The fixed positioning also keeps the gear mesh tight, even after the harshest impacts.
Velineon 3500 Motor - A sensorless Velineon 3500 Kv motor delivers extreme performance with nearly zero maintenance. Ultra high-temperature neodymium magnets, high-speed bearings, and a precision, 4-pole balanced rotor deliver smooth running and long life.
VXL-3s ESC - The waterproof Velineon VXL-3s speed control is packed with technology to deliver maximum power. Large heat sink, integrated on/off switch, and three programmable drive profiles top the feature list. Two-stage low voltage detection allows full LiPo compatibility, including powerful 11.1-volt 3s packs.
Battery Compartment -A deep battery compartment shields the battery from impacts inside the reinforced chassis. A swivel clip hold-down firmly secures the battery in place for fast and easy battery swaps.

The fail-safe programming is conveniently built-in and does not need to be activated.
Dual Bellcranks with Servo Saver - Mini XRT's standard-size 2075X metal-gear steering servo uses dual bellcranks for zero bump steer geometry and high-speed steering precision. Oversize components and double-shear connections make Mini XRT unbelievably tough with a cam-style servo saver for added protection against impacts.
WideMaxx Suspension Arms - WideMaxx suspension arms add 20mm extra width to the Mini XRT's stance for improved stability and handling. The double-wishbone design maintains proper suspension geometry throughout the entire range of travel. Modeled after the Maxx monster truck, their double-shear connections and beefy construction maximize strength and durability.
