Replica Catamaran Design - Based on the full-size M41 Widebody by Dave’s Custom Boats, the Traxxas M41 uses a catamaran design with two parallel hulls of equal size. This configuration widens the hull’s stance for increased stability with less hydrodynamic resistance. M41 gets on plane almost immediately, letting you get to the fun faster—to the tune of 50+ mph on 6s LiPo power.

Details
Rigid Internal Structure - M41 uses a reinforced transom to provide a solid mounting surface for the control and drive systems. The ESC, receiver box, and steering servo bolt securely to the tray while the motor attaches independently to a motor mount. In just a few quick minutes, the electronics can be removed for maintenance.
Detailed Cockpit - Traxxas faithfully reproduced DCB M41's artfully sculpted cockpit with an acute attention to detail, from the gauges and speakers to the steering wheel and seats. The detailed cockpit flows with the rest of the boat to become a complete work of high-performance art.
Flex Cable Drive System - M41 features an efficient and reliable flex cable drive system that mounts securely to the internal structure. This unique installation provides easy access to the various driveline components for quick maintenance or upgrades.
Quick Release Flex Cable - M41's clamping collet holds the flex cable tightly and centers it perfectly with the motor's output shaft for smooth, efficient operation. The collet releases quickly with a twist of the included wrench for easy maintenance. Once loosened, the prop and flex cable simply slide out, making it easy to keep your boat running in peak form.
High-Performance Prop - M41's prop gets the hull on plane quickly to reach maximum speed with the least current draw. Traxxas engineers tested countless prop configurations to find the perfect balance of performance, efficiency, and durability. Molded composite construction makes the prop light and tough, with no balancing or sharpening required.
High-Strength Aluminum Hardware - The rudder, rudder support, and drive strut are extruded and machined from rugged 6000-series aluminum alloy for maximum strength. This added rigidity allows maximum power transfer and razor-sharp handling when bolted to M41's flex-free transom. Vivid blue anodizing gives the parts modern style with a high-tech look.
Stainless Hardware - M41's dual trim tabs further tune its high-speed performance. The trim tabs are precision die-cut and made of bent form stainless steel to resist corrosion. The help keep the M41 stable during high-speed runs.
Factory-Applied Graphics - M41 makes a big visual statement with its bold graphics as it blasts across the water. No painting or decaling is required the graphics are pre-painted so you can get from the box to the water quickly.
Easy-Access Hatch - M41's hatch is secured by a single body clip and removes in seconds for fast and easy access to the hull interior. No sealing tape is required, and a specially designed drip rail in the hull channels away any water that washes over the hatch.
Body-Clip Lanyard - A flexible rubber lanyard keeps the body clip secured to the hatch so it's always at the ready. It's just one of the many small details that makes a day at the pond with M41 fun and easy.
Virtually Unsinkable - The foundation of M41's extreme performance is its all new hull. An accurately rendered replica, the precision engineered DCB M41 hull is fast and stable. Built in foam flotation makes it virtually unsinkable.

High-Torque Waterproof Servo - M41 demands a powerful steering servo for responsive performance, and Traxxas delivers with the 2056 high-torque servo. O-ring seals make the servo completely waterproof, and there's steering muscle to spare with 80 oz-in of torque at your command.
Sealed Receiver Box - Traxxas' patented waterproof receiver box routes wires neatly through a special watertight seal. A blue O-ring allows easy access to the receiver box without losing its sealing properties.
VXL-6s Marine Electronic Speed Control - Designed for 6s LiPo power, the VXL-6s Marine transforms 22+ volts into 50+ mph speed on the water. The VXL-6s Marine is fully waterproof with integrated water cooling in the case and thermal overload protection for reliable all-day performance.
Velineon 540XL Motor - The 1800 Kv Velineon 540XL motor is optimized for maximum power and efficiency in marine applications with ultra high-temperature sintered neodymium magnets, a precision-balanced rotor, and high-speed ball bearings.
Water Cooling System - A pickup in the aluminum rudder sends cooling water to the motor and ESC. A sealed motor jacket flows water directly around the aluminum can for maximum heat transfer. This efficient design helps M41 keep its cool. run after run, for trouble-free all-day fun.
TQi Radio System - The high-output Traxxas TQi 2.4GHz radio system delivers superior range, precision, and control. It is Traxxas Link enabled so you can add the optional Wireless Module (part TRA6511, sold separately) to monitor your battery voltage, temperatures, and even speed using your smart phone (sensors sold separately).
Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) - TSM acts like a reassuring hand when you need it to help harness M41's brutal 6s power for maximum acceleration and top-speed passes.
