This is the optional Return Needle Set for the O.S. 60M carb
that is used on the .91 SX-H C.

This needle-valve adjusts teh ruturn fuel volume. Therfore, closing
the needle reduces the volume and the mixture becomes rich, and
opening the needle increases the volume and the mixture becomes lean
