LiPo Support! These controllers automatically detect the number of cells for LiPo batteries and set the proper low voltage cutoff level. You can easily program the discharge level per cell in 0.1 V increments.
The auto-calibrating throttle provides high resolution fully linear throttle operation. And the resulting throttle action is highly responsive, yet extremely smooth and precise. Smoothness is important for the protection of geardrives.
Cool Running controllers are so simple to program that they can be completely reconfigured in the field in less than 10 seconds! You can set the battery type, low voltage cutoff, brake action, timing angle, and discharge level per cell using the innovative Cool Running programming technique. All other features are handled automatically for you.
Step-down voltage cut-off eliminates sudden loss of power as the battery voltage drops to the cutoff level.
Status and safety features include a safety switch to positively arm and disarm the controller without disconnecting the battery. There is an audible warning during the brief arming period. Audible alerts are also provided when the transmitter is off (also useful for locating a downed aircraft) and when the throttle stick is not in the safety position at startup.
